Oh goodness! I have the issue with Younger Boy. He just insists that he doesn't need to take the time to make sure his shoes are on the right feet.

We had to throw away a pair of flip flops our 5 year old insisted on wearing. She can't walk in them and fell AGAIN, so the shoes went in the trash. It seems the focus is on cutesy shoes for little girls instead of shoes they can actually run in!
